Launching your first online store—or trying to get more sales from the one you have?
I help product founders launch a store customers can understand and buy from. If your store is already live, we look at customer questions, sales patterns and the steps to checkout to decide what to improve first.
Starting online
You know your product. What does your first store need?
Customers need to understand what they’re buying, how they’ll pay, when it will arrive and where to turn with a question. I help you make those decisions, put the essentials in place on Shopify or your chosen ecommerce platform, and get ready to take and fulfill orders.
Improving an existing store
Find what’s stopping interested shoppers from buying.
If your store gets visits but too few orders, unanswered questions and difficult buying steps can cost sales. We review product pages, checkout, customer questions and the sales data you have, then choose what to improve first.
Experience behind the advice
I’ve made these decisions while building Diggn’It.
I co-founded Diggn’It with my partners in 2016 and still help run it. When early customers asked what beard oil was for, we improved our product pages, FAQs and videos. We built the store and the work behind each order, too. As the business grew, I built and refined tools for inventory, support and reporting, including some that use AI. Diggn’It has generated over SAR 7 million in sales since launch, the majority through Shopify.

Working together
We start with your product and the next decision.
Tell me what you sell, whether your store is live, and what feels uncertain or underperforming. We look at your customers, buying path and any sales information you have. Then we agree a focused piece of work I can do with you or your team, from launch setup to clearer product pages or improvements behind the store.
How I make the call
The right change depends on your business.
I look at what customers are asking, what the store is showing, and what your stock, delivery process and team can support. That context helps us decide whether to improve a product page, change a buying step or address something behind the store. I use AI where it helps with the work, then make and explain the recommendation myself.
A good-looking store that wasn’t selling.
A specialty retailer had a polished Shopify site for roughly a year, yet no recorded online sales. The founder could not see why. Good design mattered. The store also had to work for shoppers and for the team handling orders. I audited the full site and reworked its homepage, product pages and collections to make buying clearer. I also advised on stock control and fulfillment, and helped connect payment and shipping services. Online sales began during the engagement. We continue to work together, and the store’s online sales rose 116% from July to August 2026.
Frequently asked questions
What would working together look like for your store?
I have a product but no ecommerce experience. What do you need from me?
Tell me what you sell, how customers buy from you now, what stock you can supply and where you can deliver. You don’t need a finished store. Those facts help us decide what buyers need to see and which payment, shipping and order steps must work before launch.
Do I have to use Shopify?
No. Shopify is where I have the deepest hands-on experience. Tell me what platform you use or plan to use. We’ll agree what I can do directly and what other support, if any, the work needs.
My store looks good and gets visitors. Why aren’t people buying?
We need to see where shoppers hesitate. I review product pages and collections, customer questions, the path to checkout and any sales or traffic data you have. The first fix might be clearer information, an easier buying step, or a problem with payment or delivery.
Can you help with stock, payments and shipping too?
Yes. I’ve managed the work behind Diggn’It orders and advised a client on stock control and payment and shipping connections. A buying experience has to match what your team can fulfill. We include those parts when they affect sales or service.
Will you make the changes or tell my team what to do?
We decide that together when we define the scope. I can implement agreed store changes, work alongside your team or advise on decisions you carry out. You’ll know what I’m responsible for before we start.
Why work with you when AI can review a store?
AI can suggest fixes. I bring the context of a founder who has sold products, handled stock, heard customer questions and worked through fulfillment. I use AI where it helps, then judge which changes fit your business and explain why.
How will we know whether the work helped?
We choose what to watch before the work starts: whether shoppers complete purchases, what questions they still ask, or what the available order and sales data show. I’ll explain what changed and what else may have influenced the result.
Your next step
Ready to launch or improve your store?
Tell me what you sell, where you are now and what you want to solve. Include your store link if it’s live. We’ll start with a conversation about the work that would be most useful.
